Magaya Masala


Ingredients :
1 cup chilli powder
1/2 cup menthi seeds
1/4th cup mustard seeds
1 spoon hingu
Method :
Take a pan and heat it.
Fry the menthi seeds and mustard seeds well till they become dark brown in color.
Cool the fried seeds and grind them to fine powder.
Mix the above powder with chilli powder and hingu well.
Store in a tight jar.
This masala is used for making magaya with mangoes and also for tomato pickle.

Hot Pickle Masala Powder


Ingredients:
1 cup mustard powder
1 cup chilli powder
1 cup salt
Method :
Mix all the above ingredients.
This is masala powder used for hot mango pickle.

Sweet Pickle Masala Powder


Ingredients:
2 cups mustard powder
1 cup chilli powder
1 cup salt
Method :
Mix all the above ingredients well.
This masala powder is used for sweet mango pickle.
